Cancelling a Reservation Associates are responsible for cancelling hotel reservations by:

x Cancelling in Concur (U.S. and Canadian associates only); or x Notifying BCD to cancel the reservation x Contacting the hotel directly

Note: It is good practice to always get a cancellation number, especially when contacting the hotel directly. Make note of the cancellation number and the name of the person confirming the cancellation, as well as the date and time of the call. Non-Reimbursable Hotel Charges Please review the Travel Related Expenses section of this Travel Policy for what is deemed reimbursable and non-reimbursable.
